Two separate condos were combined to create one large ultra luxury unit.  In 2012 we lead the effort to reimagine this under utilized building in the heart of Vail Village. The building skin and common elements were completely redone, and our 4 bedroom 4 bath condo sold for $5 million. A record for the building.
